Terms & Conditions of Classes with Zoe Stibi Vocal Coach
Privacy: I just want to let you know that all payment info is kept secure by Stripe, and I am unable to see any of it.
Payments & Cancellations: Classes are to be paid for in advance of booking. Once a class has been booked there will be no refund given, however you are welcome to reschedule the lesson up to 48 hours in advance via the confirmation email (check your spam, it may land there).
Rescheduling: All rescheduling of classes must be done through the confirmation email that you received. You can then easily choose a replacement time and date, it saves you having to wait for me to reply at the end of the day and therefore missing your rescheduling window. If you are unable to do this, not a problem, just message me over on WhatsApp or via email. Just be sure to message me in advance. My office hours are 10:00 – 11:00 for checking messages and emails.
Online Classes: When we meet online for a class, you agree that we may have some fun internet things that can go on. Just be sure to check your internet, zoom updates and all sorts before you join the class. The lesson will start at the scheduled time.
Recordings: Each online class will be recorded to make sure you can keep up with your practice. This will be mailed to you at the end of the day of our session. You are also welcome to record live sessions in the studio, but that is at your own discretion. It is up to you to download that recording, though, you have 6 days, before the internet deletes it.
Illness / Unexpected events: It happens to the best of us, but again the 48 rule still applies. This may sound a little hard hitting, but let’s see it as motivation for you to come to class.
Please do not turn up to your live singing lessons sick. We can hop online and have a “non-singing” singing lesson. I want to make sure you stay healthy, but I would rather not catch the flu.
3 Month Subscription Blocks: Bookings must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase. You can book these for when suits you best via the online booking website, you can miss 2 weeks of classes, but please keep track of them. It is your responsibility to check to ensure you receive the correct number of classes.
Gift Certificates: Singing lessons are a great gift. These hold their value for 3 years after purchase. It gives you plenty of time for the receiver to book in their classes.
Contact & check ins: Please note that whilst I do my best to reply to your questions about classes and exercises, I am unable to do so once I start teaching. I have the opportunity to reply to emails and messages from 10:30 – 11:00 am daily. Please allow me time to respond to you. All messages received after 11 am will be responded to the following day.
